About the Academy
The School is a mixed 11–16 secondary school based in Southampton.
The academy is committed to a holistic and inclusive education: part of its ethos is a strong focus on community, support and opportunity for every student.
Facilities are modern and well-equipped. The campus—built in 2012—offers purpose-built classrooms, ICT suites, and a range of learning and recreation spaces.
The academy’s recent efforts have improved many aspects of school life. A 2025 monitoring visit noted strengthened leadership, improved behaviour, enhanced support for reading and SEND provision, and a renewed ambition across teaching and learning.
SEND provision is robust: the school’s “Personalised Learning Centre” offers specialist support for pupils with a range of additional needs.
The academy is part of the Oasis Community Learning trust, which offers staff access to a broader professional network, CPD opportunities and shared resources across multiple schools.
