Literacy Support - School Based Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a learning support assistant to aid in Literacy development for students in a North Cardiff Secondary School. We have a long term role available after the half term break.
Tasks include English language intervention/tutor sessions and working on a one to one basis with pupils who have additional learning needs. This would be an ideal role for an English Graduate looking to gain experience in education.
If you have other relevant experience or qualifications in areas such as Youth Work, Coaching, Care or Social Work please send your CV for consideration as candidates with such backgrounds tend to greatly benefit from further experience that we can offer.
For this role you will be expected to work within a mainstream secondary school that have specialist unit attached to it. You will be required to support literacy by breaking down tasks for small groups and supporting them with their development through the English curriculum.
