Leyland School requires Behaviour Support!

Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a Leyland based SEN School which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and Challenging behaviours. The School are looking for a enthusiastic, passionate, bubbly and hard working Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills. In order to apply for this role you must have experience supporting children or adults with challenging behaviours and candidates must be resilient when it comes to working with pupils who can often be disruptive in their behaviours.

The School is smaller than average, with currently 40 pupils on roll and candidates will be expected to work on a small group and 1:1 basis with challenging pupils. The School are looking for a hard working and empathetic Teaching Assistant to work full time and the School hours are 8.30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 3pm on a Friday.

The candidate must be able to work full time in order to apply for this position, you must also have a background and an understanding of working with people with additional needs and challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £57 - 67 per day
