Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming primary school in Salford to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a full-time position starting in September 2026.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities
• Support children with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL
• Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Has experience working with children, ideally in a primary school
• Is patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting learning
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
• Has a good understanding of safeguarding practices
