About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in Kirkham. This role offers the chance to work closely with teachers and students, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Assist the teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities.
• One-to-One and Group Work: Provide targeted support to students, including those with additional needs.
• Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Resource Preparation: Assist in setting up learning materials and resources.
• Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students in your care.

Requirements:

✅ Level 3 TA Qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Experience working with primary-aged children (KS1 or KS2)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
✅ An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
