About the role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Collaborate closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality lessons
• Provide effective 1:1 and small group support, particularly for students with additional needs
• Utilize your qualifications and training to encourage positive behaviour and learning outcomes
• Support students' academic progress and social development
• Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and supervision during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes

Person specification:

• NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working with young people in a Secondary school setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and adolescent development
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• A proactive, confident, and caring approach to supporting young people's learning
