Salary: £90-100 a day (Dependent on experience)

Are you a recent graduate seeking to nurture and motivate young learners with genuine enthusiasm for education? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to collaborate effectively with staff and students, while gaining valuable hands-on classroom experience in Durham schools and furthering their professional development.

Role responsibilities include:

• Establishing an encouraging and inclusive learning atmosphere that promotes growth and engagement
• Delivering group and individual student assistance
• Working alongside teachers to provide optimal educational support
• Utilizing and developing subject expertise throughout your classroom placement

Our ideal applicant has:

• Relevant degree qualification or equivalent (education/psychology/sport and coaching degree preferred though not required)
• Prior classroom/student support experience (beneficial but not mandatory)
• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Capacity for teamwork and professional collaboration
• Excellent communication abilities
• Commitment to upholding effective classroom management and student conduct standards
