The successful applicant will:
• Be an experienced teaching assistant who has high expectations of self and others and is passionate about enabling all learners to achieve success;
• Be well motivated and committed to providing a stimulating, happy and caring learning environment where all learners are valued as unique individuals;
• Be prepared to teach classes to cover for teachers when appropriate, supporting the curriculum of the school
• Offer a special blend of determination, innovative thinking, creative problem solving

Our partner school specialist in supporting pupils between the ages of 5-16 years with Autism and SEMH. Therefore, managing challenging behaviour is an essential part of this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
