Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom?
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in the Wisbech and King's Lynn area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and help pupils reach their full potential.

About the Role:

• Supporting pupils in 1:1, small group, and whole-class settings
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs (SEND experience beneficial)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Contributing to assessments and pupil progress reports

✅ Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a UK classroom setting
• Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered with the Update Service (or willing to apply)
