About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and fully qualified teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our dynamic team of education professionals working across schools in Wisbech and King’s Lynn. If you’re passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and are eager to contribute to a supportive, collaborative teaching environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across your subject(s) and year groups
  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons effectively to meet the needs of all learners
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and support staff to enhance student progress
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil behaviour

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary education (dependent on role)
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to student achievement and well-being
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to school life beyond the classroom
