Level 2 Teaching Assistant (SEN) –  Horwich (Bolton) (BL6)

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside one of our partnership school located in Horwich. We are on the look out for two level 2 teaching assistants, with SEN experience to join this welcoming and friendly team. Both of these roles are on a part-time basis of 27.5 hours a week and will commence in March until the 31st of August. Closing date for these roles is the 24th of Feb so all applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.

Within this role you will be required to work closely, on a 1:1 basis with pupil and also provide extra support within classes to other pupils when required to do so.

  • Part-time SEN teaching assistant post
  • Ofsted graded ‘GOOD’ primary school
  • Small school of 250 pupils
  • Competitive pay (upto GBP400 a week)
  • SEN or school-based experience required

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and vibrant team of support staff who are dedicated to ensuring all pupils receive the highest standard of teaching. You will be supported by a highly experienced SENCO who will brief you on your responsibilities each day.

School is easily accessible by public transport as it is located close to Bolton Town Centre and the Interchange. Furthermore, on-site is parking available for those with their own transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
