Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a lovely, Church of England primary school in the Chorlton area of Manchester, M21. The head teacher and governors of the school are seeking a level 2 teaching assistant to join their KS1 team on a full time basis, starting as soon as all the necessary checks have been completed. The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience assisting learning across KS1 and will be comfortable delivering small group intervention sessions in English, Maths and Phonics.

This one form entry primary school was graded 'OUSTANDING' at its last OFSTED inspection and was praised for providing 'interesting activities in lessons which motivate and encourage pupils to learn and work well together.' The school has a strong community feel and believes that each child has a right to the best possible education. The school are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support their year one class on a full time basis.
