We are currently working with excellent SEN Schools across East Sussex who require full-time and part-time learning support assistants to help students with autism, severe learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviour thrive in education.
Our Schools are looking out for individuals who display excellent interpersonal and communication skills; individuals who thrive in busy environments and strive to help improve the lives of others with complex learning difficulties or mental health needs.
As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in building pupils’ self-esteem and confidence, on a 1:1 and small group basis you will help pupils engage in a range of lessons and activities while helping them discover their ambitions and passions.

All you need is;
• Experience working with children or anyone with SEN/Disabilities (Preferred)
• Located in East Sussex; Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Crowborough, Lewes
• Availability Monday to Friday
• Enhanced Child Only DBS or willing to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
