Responsibilities:

As a Proactive Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively communicating with teachers and students to support the learning process and address challenges effectively.

  • Creating an encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and success through proactive strategies.

  • Demonstrating understanding, care, and patience towards students' needs and challenges.

  • Maintaining composure and remaining calm during stressful situations to provide effective support and guidance.

  • Collaborating with fellow team members and contributing positively to team dynamics to achieve common educational goals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
