  • A calm, patient and adaptable approach with excellent communication skills

  • The ability to engage and motivate the child through practical strategies and positive reinforcement

  • A team player who’s ready to collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists to ensure the child thrives

  • A passion for inclusive education and commitment to unlocking potential

Why Join This School?

  • You’ll work in a warm, welcoming 3-form entry school with a strong sense of community

  • The leadership team is supportive and values your input in helping shape individual learning journeys

  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills
