Experienced Learning Support Assistant – Exciting Role from September – Southampton
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant ready to make a real impact from September? We’re working with one of our welcoming partner primary schools in Southampton who’s looking for a confident, outgoing, and self-sufficient LSA to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support children’s learning and development in a vibrant school environment, where your dedication and enthusiasm will truly be valued.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary setting

An outgoing, positive approach with the confidence to work independently

A passion for supporting children to reach their full potential

Strong communication skills and a flexible mindset
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups

Assisting the class teacher in delivering targeted learning activities

Helping to create an inclusive, encouraging classroom atmosphere

Making a real difference in children’s educational journeys

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
