The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally on a 1:1 basis

  • A strong understanding of autism, ADHD and/or social and emotional needs

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships

  • A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine passion for supporting children

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, etc.) are desirable
