Person Specification

The Headteacher of this lovely primary School is looking for an energetic, hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join their team from Spring Term 2020 as a Learning Support Assistant (TA). To be considered for this role you will need to be passionate about working with children who have additional needs. Previous experience of working with SEN children or young adults either in a voluntary or paid role would be advantageous.

About the role

In this exciting role you will be helping to nurture the social and academic development of students across KS1 (Years 1 and 2). You will be required to work closely with the School SENCo and undergo appropriate training to support the needs of the pupils.
