Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Corby Primary Schools| Immediate Start
Location: Corby
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Dependent on experience

We are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students' educational journeys, supporting both their academic and emotional development.
What You’ll Do:

Support individual pupils and small groups in and out of the classroom

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Help create a positive and encouraging learning environment

Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

Promote positive behaviour and well-being among pupils

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential
