Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Primary School in Hounslow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are seeking experience before embarking on a career as a Primary School teacher.
About The Role:
You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who has a complex need such as; Autism, ADHD, Down-Syndrome and Global Learning Delay. You will be required to observe and track pupil progress whilst making notes on their progress that can be relayed back to classroom teacher, SENCO and parents. You will expected to build a good relationship with your pupil and deliver 1:1 interventions to assist with their Reading, Literacy and Numeracy.

This is an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Primary School that was in the top three in Hounslow for pupil attainment across KS2 in 2016. There is an excellent and well established senior leadership team in place at the school who are supportive and can provide additional support and training to those who require it.
