Learning Mentor Position Available in Manchester Secondary School

Join a dynamic secondary school in the Manchester area as a Learning Mentor, starting immediately. If you're adept at working with young people and possess relevant or transferable experience supporting students aged 11-16, we encourage you to apply today.

Position Highlights:

  • Competitive pay rate, with earning potential up to £1400 per month.
  • Full-time Learning Mentor role, commencing ASAP.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of assistants and support staff.
  • Located in the Trafford area, this co-educational secondary school offers a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
  • The Learning Mentor will primarily support younger students, with opportunities to assist older students in the classroom setting.

Ideal Candidates Include:

  • Experienced Learning Mentors and Behavior Mentors.
  • Youth workers with a background in managing challenging students.
  • Graduates with special educational needs experience.
  • Male role models, such as sports coaches, transitioning into education.
  • Learning Support Assistants seeking roles in a secondary school environment.

For Learning Mentors with transportation, the school is conveniently situated along a major transport route, with secure on-site parking available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
