Job Title: KS3 Tutor

East of England, Essex, Basildon

£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 students
- Provide individualised support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with Key Stage 3 students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 3 curriculum
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience in using technology to enhance learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
