Job Title: KS3/4 Tutor

Job Duties:
- Provide academic support and tutoring to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students' individual needs
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students in Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Effective classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
