… Outreach tuition is in place to provide an alternative education offer, other than school, for young people who currently aren’t accessing mainstream school. Our educators work on a 1:1 basis, giving them a refreshing opportunity within the education sector, as it allows them to develop a great working rapport with individuals, meaning they can make a truly meaningful and life changing impact on young peoples lives!

In summary:

• I am looking for educators (are roles are best suited to FQT, HLTA, Teaching Assistants and SEN specialists) experienced in Key Stages 3 and 4 in and around Surrey.
• Tuition will take place at the learner’s home, care home or within a local setting, in a 1:1 format.
• Our educators are responsible for planning resources and sessions tailored around the individual learners needs and interests.
• Assessing and track the pupils progress to achieve their desired learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Our roles have a big SEN and SEMH focus, so our educators must have experience with additional needs!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
