A vibrant primary school in Hayes is seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children in Key Stage 2 to thrive both academically and socially.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support KS2 pupils (Years 3–6) in class, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis.

• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.

• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs.

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Encourage independence, resilience and confidence in learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children in KS2 (school-based preferred).

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

• A patient, proactive and positive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills with both staff and pupils.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
