KS2 Teacher Required – LA2 Area
- Full-time KS2 Teacher in Lancashire, LA2
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
- Start date: April 2026
Teaching Personnel is supporting a primary school in the LA2 area that is looking to appoint a committed Key Stage 2 Teacher from April 2026 on a full-time basis. The school is seeking a teacher with strong KS2 experience who can confidently deliver the curriculum and adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
This friendly, community-focused school is passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential, encouraging them to be confident, independent, and resilient learners. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reflective, and dedicated to providing high‑quality education within a supportive environment.
The school requires a proactive KS2 practitioner who is comfortable delivering all areas of the KS2 curriculum while upholding the school’s values and contributing positively to school life. The role will run from April 2026 until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a school-based contract for the right candidate.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have recent and relevant experience teaching within KS2
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- Be confident in delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
- Support the school’s ethos and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
