Year 3 Teacher Needed – Full Time from After the Easter Break

Location: Burnley
Start Date: After the Easter Holidays
Contract: Full Time | Summer Term (with potential extension)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? A welcoming and supportive primary school is seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join their team following the Easter break.

About the Role:
The successful teacher will take full responsibility for the Year 3 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire progress across the curriculum. You will work closely with the KS2 team, contribute to planning, and ensure the learning environment remains nurturing, inclusive, and focused on high expectations.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching within KS2 (Year 3 desirable)
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Be committed to raising attainment and fostering a love of learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
