KS1 Class Teacher - BL1 Area

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Fully Qualified Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive two-form entry primary school in the BL1 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced KS1 practitioner to secure a long-term position starting immediately and continuing until Christmas and beyond, with the potential for the role to become ongoing.

The Role

  • Full-time KS1 Class Teacher
  • BL1 location
  • Long-term role from now until Christmas, with continuation expected thereafter
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with the parallel class teacher and wider school team

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Previous KS1 teaching experience is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
