Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe to recruit a passionate and committed Year 1 Teacher for a full-time position starting in November.

The Role
Position: Year 1 Teacher
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
Start Date: November
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs.
- A good understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to delivering engaging and inspiring learning experiences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
