Your Role
As the Year 1 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning and support pupil achievement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and learning
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Work collaboratively with support staff, colleagues, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's values and ethos
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
✅ Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
✅ A creative and engaging approach to teaching
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A commitment to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment
