KS1 Special Needs Teacher (Autism)
Teaching Personnel are the UK's leading education recruitment agency and are looking for Primary Teachers to join schools for children with Special Educational Needs in Sheffield. We would like newly qualified or experienced teachers who are confident teaching children with Autism Spectrum Condition and the additional needs students may have- e.g. communication difficulties and challenging behaviour.
- You will be paid weekly and earn between £110-£165 a day depending on the role and experience
- You will be hired by Teaching Personnel working in the local schools we support
- You will get access to our online CPD Academy, focused on your personal development, where you can book on to training courses
We would like candidates who have previous experience with individuals with special needs. We welcome applications from newly qualified teachers. You must be energetic and enthusiastic in your teaching and be a good role model to the children in your classes. You must be able to create fun and accessible activities alongside your dedicated teaching assistants. You will find ways the enable you to communicate best with your pupils, and recognise the individual ways in which they learn.
