Teaching Personnel are seeking a hard working, empathetic and nurturing Teaching Assistant to work in a forward thinking, Ofsted graded 'Outstanding', SEN School that caters for KS1 - 4 pupils with additional learning needs. The pupils in School have a range of difficulties from PMLD, Physical Disabilities, Autism, ADHD and Global Delay. The School is based centrally in the Kirkham area and caters for pupils who are not able to attend mainstream schools. The School is in need of a candidate who has experience supporting adults or children with additional learning needs.
The candidate will provide support for pupils with additional learning needs and the candidate must be comfortable providing personal care for pupils. The candidate must have experience supporting children or adults with special needs and candidates must be willing to work with all age groups as you will be expected to move around different classes.
The role will be full time from September and candidates will be expected to work on a full time basis. The School hours are 8.30am - 3.30pm with a CPD session on a Wednesday afternoon.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
- Negotiable pay rates £57 - 67 per day
