Key Stage 2 Teacher Required in LA1

  • Full-time teacher in KS2 in Lancashire, Lancaster (LA1).
  • Competitive rates of salary dependent on experience.
  • Start date: After May half term or September 2026.

Teaching Personnel is working with a ‘GOOD’ school in the LA1 area of Lancaster that is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 teacher to start after May half term or from September on a full-time basis. The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment.

The successful candidate will be someone who can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons while adapting teaching to support the diverse needs of pupils. This community-focused primary school places strong emphasis on encouraging children to become the best versions of themselves, and they are looking for a teacher who can uphold these values.

This full-time post will run until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of moving onto a school-based contract for the right teacher.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have recent and relevant experience within KS2 (placements included for ECTs).
  • Be committed to upholding the school’s values and ethos.
  • Be confident and comfortable delivering the KS2 curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
