Primary ECT – Experience Before September (PR3 Garstang)

Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: PR3 – Garstang
Start: Immediate opportunities available
Contract: Flexible (full‑time or part‑time)

Teaching Personnel are supporting primary schools in the PR3 Garstang area who are looking for Early Career Teachers to gain school-based experience before September. This is ideal for ECTs wanting to build confidence and develop classroom skills ahead of their first teaching role.

Available Roles

  • Classroom Support across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
  • Small‑group work in phonics, reading and maths
  • Classroom cover with pre‑planned activities
  • General classroom and school support

Schools Are Looking For

  • A proactive, enthusiastic ECT
  • Good understanding of the primary curriculum
  • A positive, child‑focused approach
  • Willingness to support across school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
