Key Stage 1 Teacher Required

  • Full-time teacher in KS1 in Lancashire, LA3 area
  • Competitive rates of salary dependent on experience
  • Start date: ASAP or September 2026

Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming village primary school in the LA3 area that is looking to recruit a Key Stage 1 teacher on a full-time basis. The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about delivering high‑quality learning to KS1 pupils.

The successful candidate will be someone who can adapt the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of all learners and uphold the ethos of the school, which places strong focus on nurturing confident, motivated, and enthusiastic learners.

This role will run until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a school‑based contract for the right candidate.

To be considered for this post, you must:

  • Have recent and relevant KS1 teaching experience (placements or previous roles)
  • Be able to uphold the ethos of the school
  • Be confident in delivering the KS1 curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
