KS2 Teacher – Morecambe – After Easter Start

Contract Type: Full-time (temp-to-perm opportunity available)
Salary: Paid in line with MPS/UPS (dependant on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming primary school in the Morecambe area who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team after the Easter break. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner who is passionate about supporting children’s progress and creating an engaging learning environment.

The Role

The school are looking for a teacher who can:

• Deliver high-quality teaching to a KS2 class, following the school’s well-established curriculum.
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom where all pupils can thrive.
• Plan and assess in line with school policies, ensuring strong progress for every child.
• Work collaboratively with the KS2 team and wider school staff.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a positive, proactive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within KS2 (ECTs also encouraged to apply)
• A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development
