Key Stage 1 Teacher - Prestwich

Teaching Personnel is currently working with a primary school in Prestwich, Bury (M25) looking for a KS1 teacher for a mixed Year 1/2 class. The Head teacher of this welcoming and inclusive Bury primary school is looking for a teacher with previous KS1 experience to start on the 28^th October, covering a maternity for the rest of the academic year.

The school has a large percentage of pupils with English as an additional language so experience differentiating lesson plans for children with additional needs is essential. The school has a reputation for being inclusive and pupils make good progress in reading, writing and maths throughout both Key Stages. The Head teacher is looking for a confident and energetic newly or fully qualified teacher to join the school community. The school is known within the local community for delivering a vibrant and diverse curriculum to engage all students.

The school is looking for a mixed Year 1/2 Teacher with/who is:

• Understanding and knowledge of the curriculum and experience working in a Key Stage 1 environment
• Enthusiastic and is committed to high standards, has high expectations of behaviour
• Enthusiastic about providing exciting learning experiences for the children in a cross curricular context
