Key Stage 1 Teacher - Prestwich
Teaching Personnel is currently working with a primary school in Prestwich, Bury (M25) looking for a KS1 teacher for a mixed Year 1/2 class. The Head teacher of this welcoming and inclusive Bury primary school is looking for a teacher with previous KS1 experience to start on the 28th October, covering a maternity for the rest of the academic year.
The school has a large percentage of pupils with English as an additional language so experience differentiating lesson plans for children with additional needs is essential. The school has a reputation for being inclusive and pupils make good progress in reading, writing and maths throughout both Key Stages. The Head teacher is looking for a confident and energetic newly or fully qualified teacher to join the school community. The school is known within the local community for delivering a vibrant and diverse curriculum to engage all students.
The school is looking for a mixed Year 1/2 Teacher with/who is:
- Understanding and knowledge of the curriculum and experience working in a Key Stage 1 environment
- Enthusiastic and is committed to high standards, has high expectations of behaviour
- Enthusiastic about providing exciting learning experiences for the children in a cross curricular context
Located in Prestwich, Bury (M25) with good transport links, this primary school is warm and welcoming and strives to make every child feel special so they can reach their potential.
