Position Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students with SEN. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will provide tailored assistance and encouragement to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social interaction.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to address the unique needs of each student.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education, childcare, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
