We are seeking Early Years and Key Stage 1 specialists in Reading to work with children diagnosed with sensory needs including autism. This role will require a hands-on, energetic and nurturing individual eager to learn and develop in the special education field.

This lively school in Reading caters for primary aged children with autism, speech difficulties and challenging behaviour. Each child has a unique education and care programme which focuses on a range of skills from play to social interaction.

You will be joining a great team of highly skilled and supportive staff with on-going training and career opportunities in therapy and teaching.

Requirements

  • MUST live in Reading or be local to the area
  • MUST be able to work full-time Monday to Friday at 8:30 - 4:30 daily
  • MUST have experience and confidence in supporting autism, speech difficulties and/or challenging behaviour
