Interim Principal Position Available in Southampton

Position Overview: An exceptional individual is sought to join as Interim Principal until the end of the year, with potential for a permanent role. The appointed Principal will oversee the on-site preschool alongside the secondary school, with a primary focus on leadership and management of the secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the secondary school
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective resource management
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators and staff
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community
- Drive academic achievement and promote a culture of high expectations
- Uphold a commitment to inclusivity, equality, and diversity
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified teacher status and relevant leadership qualifications
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
