Are you a strong and experienced ICT Teacher? Looking for a new role? Can you teach KS3-KS5 ICT? If so we have the perfect role for you!
Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a ICT Teacher for an School in the Tyne and Wear region to cover a maternity. The role is temporary until July 2019 at the moment however, it does have the possibility of being extended. You will be prepping and delivering lessons at KS5 to classes of mixed ability. The School are looking to appoint a new ICT Teacher in April.
The school is located in Gateshead and currently has over 800 pupils on roll. Students are mostly well behaved and the school prides it self on its committed and caring staff ethos. This combined with the SLT's continued commitment to the performing arts, sports and a wealth of extra-curriculars ensures all learners are fully supported and challenged to achieve their potential.
NQTs with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
An ideal candidate will have:
- UK recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching ICT at a variety of levels
- A friendly and patient approach to teaching
- Good behaviour management skills
- The ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
