ICT Teacher
Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ICT Teacher to join our thriving secondary school in Heywood this November. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated educator to inspire students, foster digital skills, and contribute to a forward-thinking department.
he Role:

Deliver engaging and creative ICT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if appropriate).

Support students in developing essential digital literacy and computing skills.

Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Contribute to extracurricular ICT and computing activities.
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise achievement and ensure high standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-
Strong subject knowledge in ICT and Computing.
-
A passion for teaching and motivating young people.
-
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
-
Commitment to professional development and contributing to whole-school life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
