Computer Science Teacher – North-East Manchester


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Computer Science Teacher to join a large, modern secondary school in North-East Manchester starting in September. This role is ideal for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators looking to take the next step in their teaching journey.

The school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and offers a supportive, forward-thinking environment for staff and students alike. We are looking for a qualified Computer Science Teacher (QTS) who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and able to inspire a passion for the subject in the next generation of learners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons that bring the subject of Computer Science to life.

  • Foster a positive and dynamic learning environment that promotes curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation.

  • Support students in preparing for exams and coursework, helping them achieve their full potential.


Requirements

  • QTS and a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

  • A passion for teaching and the ability to engage and motivate students at all levels.
