Job description

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of tech innovators? Do you have a strong background in Computer Science and a drive to deliver outstanding education?

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our dedicated team in Rochdale. This full-time role is for the full academic year, starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Computer Science lessons across the curriculum

  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to support student learning

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Computer Science program

  • Support extra-curricular activities related to technology and computing

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

  • Enthusiasm for promoting digital literacy and skills development
