HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) – Bracknell & Wokingham
Location: Bracknell and Wokingham, Berkshire
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner depending on availability)
Contract Type: Full-time and part-time roles available
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Are you a qualified HLTA with a passion for supporting teaching and learning? We are currently recruiting for experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in the Bracknell and Wokingham area.

Key Requirements:

MUST hold a recognised HLTA qualification – this is essential
-
Proven experience working in a UK school setting, ideally across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
-
Confident leading whole-class sessions and delivering planned lessons when required
-
Strong classroom management and the ability to support a range of learners
-
A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to school life
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting teachers in delivering the curriculum
-
Leading small group interventions and whole-class cover when required
-
Assisting with planning and assessment alongside the teaching team
-
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
