Supporting Schools Across the Vale | Full-Time & Supply Opportunities
Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work across a number of primary schools throughout the Vale of Glamorgan.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident supporting learning across different year groups while stepping into the classroom to cover lessons when required.
Responsibilities
- Delivering pre-planned lessons during teacher release time
- Supporting pupils across Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2
- Leading intervention groups in literacy and numeracy
- Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs
- Working alongside teachers to raise pupil attainment
- Helping maintain a positive learning environment
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds HLTA status or has significant classroom experience
- Is confident leading whole-class learning
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Can adapt to different schools and year groups
- Is committed to supporting pupils of all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
