September Start | Full-Time | Paid to Scale (£172.98+ per day)
Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Barry that is looking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from September.
This is a full-class teaching role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact during an important stage of pupils' primary education. The school has a welcoming staff team, supportive leadership and places a strong emphasis on pupil wellbeing alongside academic achievement.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the Curriculum for Wales
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Create an inclusive classroom where every learner can succeed
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and senior leaders
- Build positive relationships with pupils and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within KS2
- Strong classroom management
- High expectations for pupil progress
- A proactive and positive approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
