Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and learning activities

• Support pupils individually, in groups and across the classroom

• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations

• Support teachers with learning and classroom management

• Build positive relationships with pupils

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting within a HLTA or similar role.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence leading learning activities

• Positive and consistent approach to behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
