A welcoming primary school in Toxteth, L8, is looking to appoint a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide PPA cover across the school on a full-time basis. This fixed-term position will begin in October 2026, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

This one-form entry primary school serves a diverse local community and has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted across all areas. The school prides itself on delivering an inclusive and engaging curriculum, enriched by a wide range of extracurricular opportunities that support pupils' learning beyond the classroom.

Working Hours: 8:40am - 3:40pm

The successful candidate will:

• Hold HLTA status or a relevant degree-level qualification.
• Have experience delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Work closely with class teachers to support learning and meet the individual needs of pupils.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and confidence leading whole-class learning.
