Salary: £90 and £110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Are you a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant looking for a rewarding career opportunity? We are currently seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in NN6. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students, providing guidance and assistance to both teachers and pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small group activities and interventions to support pupils' learning progress.
- Assist with planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional learning needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant, preferably at a higher level.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
